My client requires an experienced Test Process Analyst to assist the delivery, rollout and continuous improvement of test processes and test measurement capabilities for use by all testing teams in the delivery of effective and timely testing solutions. This will involve the development and roll out toolsets and training to support developed processes, the development of internal measurements and reporting for tracking departmental quality and productivity, Development, rollout and support and of Non-Functional testing strategy and supporting processes, procedures and toolsets. Essential: ISEB Foundation Qualification, Has performed test process development and rollout in a formal test environment Has performed the development and rollout of different testing techniques, e.g. risk based testing. Has performed the development and rollout of test measurement mechanisms. At least 2 years experience operating in a recognisable test process development role within a formal testing environment using recognised testing principles. Experience within a formal project lifecycle. Able to manage and lead staff*3rd parties in the development and rollout of test processes. Use of MS Project for project planning and resource management, Use of MS Office products. Application of testing techniques to plan and develop test process and measures.
